The aims of the RAE Ex Apprentices Association is to provide its membership with:
A focal point to maintain contact both for the Reunion Dinners and individual year reunions.
A list of names, year of intake and current known addresses, held by the Secretary to assist in tracing lost colleagues.
An electronic news letter with all of the important information on the next reunion/function, news from members, articles and a host of other interesting snippets.
Assistance with the arrangements of visits/meetings which members may wish to organise.
Provision of Apprentice Ties, Scarves, Badges (Out of stock) and publications that may be of interest.
These services require some financial support and therefore a donation of £20.00 to cover a 5 year membership period is requested. For overseas members, due to the higher postal charges, a donation of £20.00 is requested, or £26.00 where cheques are not in Sterling (£'s) to cover commission charges. Apprentices who pass their 70th Year since signing on the dotted line are considered Honourary Members and no longer are required to make any donation, unless they wish to.
